On December 8, a proposal was made by the United Arab Emirates that the United Nations Security Council would demand an immediate cease-fire to stop the current genocide that is taking place in Garza.Of the 15 members of the Security Council, 13. Voted to demand an immediate cease-fire, one voted to continue the carnage, and one abstained.This reminded me that back in 2019, I recorded a podcast on what had happened in Palestine since the end of the first world war.Here is the section of that recording that covers my thoughts on the Palestinian situation at that time.Sadly, since then, things have only gotten worse and the most powerful country in the world, seems to be happy with this situation.
