Pistol is an FX/Hulu bio-drama based on Steve Jones’ 2017 memoire Lonely Boy: Tales of a Sex Pistol. The miniseries was created by screenwriter Craig Pearce best known for co-writing the 2001 musical Moulin Rouge, as well as The Great Gatsby in 2013, and the upcoming Elvis biographical musical scheduled to be released later this month. Danny Boyle directed all six episodes, including the one we’re discussing today titled Track 1: The Cloak of Invisibility.
