Last week we talked how to fight fair and now we are talking how to manage conflict. Conflicts are a part of life so we have to options- get good at how to handle it or learn how to be handled. One will lead you in the right direction and the other will ensure you never do. We may not have all the answers, but we are learning every day. Different conflicts call for different actions and reactions- the two things we can control.
