Listen "The Future of AR/VR may by in the Cloud 8/28/18"
Episode Synopsis
The Augmented Reality start up, Magic Leap, recently started shipping the developer edition of its first AR headset. Finally, people will be able to experience the Magic Leap technology without a special invitation. While the AR headset includes an NVIDIA Tegra SoC in the separate control unit, there's a case to be made that the ultimate AR solution would be a cloud-based graphics rendering. Join Principal Analysts Kevin Krewell (@krewell) and Senior Analyst Simon Slotko in another TIRIAScast, where they review how Magic Leap's AR technology is a precursor to cloud-based AR.
