It’s that time of year — Performance Review Season! This week we took a look at all the drivers — and a little bit the teams — to give the most interesting drivers some feedback, similar to that you might experience in your job; this isn’t your normal ranking of drivers. We view constructive feedback as critical to growth! We do use some very corporate terms, so stay away if thats going to make you anxious (We felt it while recording!).
