Fully devotedDate preached: 2nd April 2023We live in a world that talks about Christian faith like there are “levels”. Believing there is a God is the base level. Going to church regularly (not just when you feel  like it) is a level up. Reading your Bible daily is another level up. Giving money to a church is another level up. And so it goes on. In this message we look at the way Jesus and the early church talked about commitment to God and discover an “all or nothing” faith where “fully devoted” is the only real option. Questions to reflect on and discuss from this message:1. What comes to mind when you hear a phrase like a “full on Christian” or “totally devoted”?2. How does King Asa’s story make you feel about your own level of faith commitment?3.
