This week, Coach Frontier's guest on the show is Adriane Wilson. Adrian (nee. Blewitt) was a 13 Time All-American and 7 Time DII National Champion at Ashland University. She set the DII women's shot put record 17.99 (59'0.25") in 2003 and was the 13th American woman to throw over 60'. She has continued to throw all kinds of heavy things while winning 5 World Highlands Game Championchips. Adriane trains athletes at Athletes Arena while also coaching wounded vet throwers for the Warrior and Invictus Games.
