In this episode, I share my own story of child sexual abuse that I went through as a young child.  I originally shared this story in February 2008 in an old podcast that I used to produce call "Full Time Mom."  The response to that original episode was amazing and opened up the door for so many life transforming conversations back then.
My heart is set on helping women break free from the trauma of their pass, to go from surviving to thriving in life through one-on-one coaching, workshops and even more down the road.
