In this episode, as we head into the New Year, I talk about my 21 Day Challenge to help you take a break from alcohol in January.
I have an inspiring conversation with my special guest Andy Ramage. We talk about change, identity, the brain, the challenges of being alcohol free at work, and thinking about what to do with your “one wild, short and precious life”.
Andy is a Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Author. He is the co-founder of OneYearNoBeer movement and recently co-created the Dryy app & Dryy Coach online community, which collectively have coached hundreds of thousands of middle-lane drinkers to better performance through alcohol-free performance coaching.
Andy is widely recognised as one of the world’s no1 alcohol-free performance coaches or, as the Happy Pear coined, “the Godfather of the alcohol-free movement’.
Andy’s main focus is training incredible life/executive coaches on his treble accredited (ICF, AC, EMCC) diploma in coaching & positive psychology AND the next wave of alcohol-free coaches on his Alcohol-Free Performance Coach certification.
