Send us a textI hated networking. I felt like I was begging people to "LOOK AT ME!!" Ugh. Networking was cringey for me... until I realized... it's just a conversation. Being in DC this past week exposed me to some GREAT people where my less-than- premier networking skills helped me with some of those ambiguous gaps in my journey. I found access. I found community. I found a few resources. ..all thought TALKING and NETWORKING. It definitely not what you know, but who you know. ...and I plan on using this to my advantage from here on.
