Cecil Clyde Williams, 85, a former resident of Grove Hill, died Sept. 27, 2025 in Pensacola, Fla. He was born April 16, 1940 in Chance, to Willie D. and Barbara Larrimore Williams. He was a retired Sergeant First Class of the United States Army and a member of Tompkins Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
