If you ask todays biggest names in international drum & bass about their artistic influences, the Norwegian act Future Prophecies will be mentioned by most. The legendary duo was defining the genre throughout the 00's, with over twenty vinyl releases and the crowning achievement "Warlords Rising" that was released on Subtitles (12"-series) and Beatservice (CD) in 2005. "Raw" collects the tracks from all of the 12"es that were released on Outbreak Records between 2002 and 2005. They are all out of print but are now finally available for a new generation of dnb-fans, remastered and in digital format. This collection represents the early years when Future Prophecies were establishing their dark and intense sound with frenetic breakbeats, brutal baselines and a rawness that still can be heard in modern drum & bass.
