Listen "Thomas Anderson - Open up and recover"
Episode Synopsis
The famed and fabled Camino Santiago de Compostela in Spain has been a bedrock for self discovery and reflection dating back to the 9th century. It is this very path that led our guest Thomas Anderson to transform lives based on his own experience with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt and even suicidal thoughts.Thomas led a normal life in one of the happiest places on Earth, Sweden. Married with children and a budding career, he seemed to have it all locked down; but something wasn’t right. He didn’t feel happy and he needed to find a way back to himself. This caused him to write a diary which explored his thoughts and feelings through this precarious time. This diary formed the basis of his book “The Vulnerable Man: Reclaim Your Life, Master Your Emotions, Break Your Patterns”.Stemming from the darkest of thoughts and the climb out of the deep hole of depression, Thomas’ writing shares his journey of change. He hopes to inspire people to become vulnerable and share what you are going through with others so that you can get support.Thomas now teaches people how to set boundaries, create space for recovery, how to build healthier relationships and how to own emotions you may feel.Be sure to listen to this eerily relatable episode; be sure to share it with someone you feel it could help. Thomas’ book “The Vulnerable Man” can be found on Amazon and on his website.
