Degha Fongod MD is a Board Certified Specialist in Internal Medicine offering concierge medicine in Ashburn, Virginia and the surrounding areas.

Dr Fongod was raised in Washington DC but spent a good portion of her life in Cameroon, West Africa. In 2009, she pursued her interest in medicine after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Minor in Religious Studies from Juniata College. She received her Medical Doctorate in 2013 from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr Fongod completed her Internal Medicine residency training with Yale University School of Medicine -Saint Mary’s Hospital, Connecticut. Prior to moving Virginia, Dr Fongod worked as an Internist in Slidell, Louisiana.

Dr Fongod established her concierge medical practice in 2018, and is a mother to her two lovely daughters. Her primary focus is on Holistic Women’s Health, Weight Loss and Aesthetic Medicine.
