Meet Head of Talent Integration at Manchester United Raisa Richardson, who speaks of the value and relevance of languages and culture in her role which sees her working with first team and former players, celebrities and fans on home turf and in far-flung places.She is accountable for leveraging the club’s talent (including players, ex-players and celebrity supporters) to help deliver the commercial and strategic ambitions of the club. Raisa is based at Old Trafford but spends much of her time travelling across the world as she and her team lead many of the club’s signature events.
