Listen "Exercising Empathy (E·084)"
Episode Synopsis
If we were to run a scam, a racket, a cartel and so we were ruthless is understandable - at least watching television content, we can assume so. But in the professional world, why do we talk about cut-throat competition, being aggressive and pitiless, and cold-hearted? Is that the norm that we have come to accept? What about qualities like empathy, does it have any space left? Is there decency left in the professional (and personal) space of the day? Can we commit to a better possibility?
