Doctor Lori Turnbull is an associate professor of Political Science at Dalhousie University. In this conversation, she speaks to the dynamics of the second Liberal Minority and the delay in naming a cabinet and in starting the session. Will there be pressure to unite the political left in Canada? And what is the difference between the Conservatives in Ottawa and the Progressive Conservatives in Nova Scotia.
