And the fact that she doesn’t get paid to advise government on the minimum wage is a bit ironic. Collette Robert is the employee representative on the Minimum Wage Review Committee. And this week, she was asked to give her perspective on the impact of low wages on labour shortages at the Standing Committee on Human Resources.
