My friend Courtney first recommended I go see Dr. Jeff for a nagging old knee injury and told me he was a "witch doctor".  She was right.  Dr. Jeff, is a Dr. of Chiropractic Medicine but that title does not do his work justice.  He is the most intelligent, empathetic, gifted healer I have ever met.  If you care at all about your mental, physical and social health this episode is a masterclass in the connected nature of our bodies and minds.  

If you are in the Chicago area I can not endorse Dr. Jeff enough, even if you don't have any physical ailments an 1 hour session with is unlike anything I have ever experienced.  I leave feeling informed, relieved, confident, understood and elated.  For real, Dr. Jeff is superhuman.
