Jason Haddock is CEO of Sozo Labs, a tech company that builds immersive applications for education, occupational training and soft-skills training. He developed a passion for innovation in the tech space at a young age, and for the last three decades has been at the forefront of emerging technology. During this time he has founded or led several successful tech companies in various fields. He has served as both CEO and CTO to healthtech and gaming companies; headed up a business intelligence division at a software company; founded a big data and AI conference; and held development and IT roles in fintech. This multi-sector experience led him to his current role in educational VR. Jason believes VR has huge untapped potential as a tool for learning and will be a game-changer in education – it is the first technology that has the ability to fundamentally change the way we learn. During his career he has also developed a love for building positive team cultures, having demonstrated the powerful effect that company cultures can have on the productivity of a business.
