The cycle in which you are doing transfer so a period of one month is included. During this period they have used pipelle for endometrium scratching you just insert the pipelle inside the cavity go up to the fundus.
Once you reached fundus you just rotate in 360 degrees this will lead to scratching of the endometrium and this is going to help you.'
