Muriel Smith is the Executive Director of the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank.  She joins The5 as our first guest and shares a topic of personal importance to her, Being Your Authentic Self as a Leader.  This topic plays a roll for any individual in a leadership role and can be a difficult practice to master.  Hear from Muriel on her 5 key aspects to become a more authentic leader.
 
Muriel is an experienced non-profit professional with expertise in nonprofit management, community relations, marketing communications, fundraising, and board development. She has over 20 years of experience serving several nonprofit organizations in St. Louis during the course of her career. She is also a graduate of the Focus St. Louis Coro Women In Leadership (WIL) and Leadership St. Louis programs; and a member of the St. Louis Business Journal Leadership Trust.
