When we are faced with fear, most people are immobilized and find it very diffilcult to get out of the loop created by fear. Mostly it is because one tends to ignore that it is there and act like it will just magically dissapear, yet, the expereince ends up being anxiety filled lives, because of the identification with fear. Relationships, Finances, Health all marked with dread and no hope of every experiencing a life being fearless! Is this possible? YES! Today the conversations and examples are exactly about being fearless in our daily lives....and not waiting for something 'big' to start practicing these principles, but rather practicing this today with all things that show up with hints of anxiety and fear present. In any area from you pet to your job etc. Start recognizing what your motives are for your behaviour - is it fear?.
