I share how growing up with cerebral palsy shaped my early belief that I was behind, and how that story followed me for years until I learned to challenge it.This episode explores what it really means to stop comparing your timeline to everyone around you and start paying attention to where you actually are. We talk about the pressure to measure up, the chase for external validation, the expectations you hold yourself to that you would never put on anyone else, and why so many people feel disconnected from themselves and from others.
