We sat down with Founder and Director of Lungelo Youth Development Mrs. Mrs Mary Mlambo and got a chance to understand what it means to leave a comfortable life to go and uplift a community far away from home. Lungelo Youth Development (LYD) aspires to produce young people who are empowered, able to realize their full potential and understand their roles and responsibilities in making meaningful contribution to the development of their immediate community and the country. Since 2012, LYD has contributed through holistic community development programs, engaging with over 2000 Young people.
