Listen "What About Your Habits?"
Episode Synopsis
Habits. We all have them. Good ones, bad ones, indifferent ones. But what are habits exactly? Habits are formed by the creation of neural pathways in our brains. Think of a train on a train track. It's the same with the habits we perform daily. We've done them so many times over the course of our lives that they've formed well-worn grooves in our brains, so that we don't even have to think about them to do them. If you want to learn more about habits and even more tips and tricks to help you break the bad ones and start new ones, I highly recommend these three books: Atomic Habits by James Clear The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg Feel free to send me a note letting me know how about any new habits you've implemented or any bad ones you're trying to eliminate.
