Part of positive psychology addresses things like your emotions and processing information. Another is learning about coping. Coping mechanisms is something that if mastered, can radically change the outcome of your life. In this podcast episode, we discuss coping and practical coping mechanisms we can use to help us deal with stress, anxiety and other adverse situations in our lives.
