Grant Collard is founder and CEO of the property management and real estate investment company Redstone Residential. He started his company shortly after having his first child, and in the think of the financial crisis. Despite the challenges, he has grown the business every year and has found great success. He and his wife Kristen, who has an entrepreneurial itch of her own, now have three kids. Grant talks about he has learned to manage his business without leaving his family behind, and how he has even used it to teach and bond with his children.
