Paul Magnier had one of the most impressive World Tour debut seasons in living memory.
Having made the step up last winter, the 20-year-old frenchman from Grenoble, won 5 UCI races, as well as taking two stages of the Giro d'Italia Next Gen, while representing our Devo team.
