On the eve of the 2019 Wisconsin State Cross Country Championships, we are excited to share our conversation with the man at the helm of a team that has had a phenomenal history at Ridges, Madison West Boys Head Cross Country Coach Tom Kaufman.  We learn about his beginnings in running and coaching, the challenges that the team has faced this season, and how he has helped to build one of the most successful high school programs in the state.
