Welcome back to THE WILTON REPORT! We had a few weeks hiatus with the end of the summer and the beginning of the school year, I hope it was an awesome end of the summer for everybody and the beginning of the school year, for those of you who are sending your kids to school, I am too. There's so much happening in the real estate market and there's so much misinformation in the real estate market happening. So we're gonna just really kind of get a little bit micro with the numbers today and spend some time on it and talk about what it means to you as the consumer whether you're buying or selling.
