The steps to take in order to identify and resolve any toxic patterns and choices you have currently - gaining awareness, catching yourself in the moment and creating a list of what is serving you and what's not.
Kat shares her experience of a toxic friendship that she decided to end after 22 years and her thoughts going through that process.
How it's important to not overwhelm yourself when auditing your life in the way, take on one thing at a time and wait until it feels easier before adding on the next.
Creating space and pausing before responding gives you time to make a choice about how you are going to respond.
