There are no shortages of activities, assets, and privileges that this world will try to tell you will make you feel happy, wanted, and loved.  The world loves throwing "things" at us and trying to convince us that those "things" will satisfy our souls.  All you need is the right social group; all you need is the right financial purpose; all you need is the right political cause.  Missing in all of this is a realization that the holes in our hearts are God-shaped and can only be filled by one thing... God.  It can all be summed up in one phrase: He's enough.  He's enough for our wants, He's enough for our needs.  He's enough for our humbling, He's enough for our salvation.  He's enough for anything and everything our hearts could desire.  If we have Him, how could we want for anything else?
This is the second message to our sermon series "He's Enough" where we will focus on our pride.  Our pride can lead us to think that we need more, must accomplish more, or need to become more.  It leads us to believe in our own legend which will only lead to a spiritual hunger that is never satisfied.  The only thing that will be enough to satiate our pride is to replace it with pride in the works of God, whether through us or through others.  Pride-in-Christ will lead us to, ultimately, place others above ourselves which challenges us to embrace those whom the world says deserve no pride.
