Episode Synopsis

Send us a textIn this passage , Paul speaks personally and with deep emotion. He is expressing to us his personal struggle with trying to live the sanctified life according to the law, in his own power. As Paul speaks to us in this passage, he does so in the present tense first person singular. What Paul says here is personal and transparent. It is the required lesson that every born again Christian will have to learn, we cannot live a righteous sanctified life in our own power. We will fail every time and fail miserably at that.Paul finally comes to the point were he cries out, "O wretched man that I am". This is the cry of a person who fully realizes the futility of trying to live a godly life in his own power, He cries out for who will deliver him, The answer is so simple; Jesus! Until we come to the end of ourselves, realizing our incapability to live a victorious godly  life in our own power, we will never embrace the victorious life that God has called all His children to who have been justified freely by His grace. Sanctification requires that we first cry out, "O wretched man that I am". Only then are we able to cry out who will deliver me. The instant we cry out who will deliver me, Jesus is right there to deliver us. This is the only way to reach the path of Christian victory that God has prepared for each and every one of His children.Contact Paul at [email protected] Sunday May 5th, we have changed locations and will meet on Sundays at 10 am.
