He also works with Ecosystem Services Exchange and spent 40 years with the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) before retiring from the USDA in 2020. Tom spent 24 years in Washington, DC in a variety of positions in policy, program development and implementation, agency and mission area operations and partnership building.
