Experiencing the life that God has for us goes beyond a Sunday morning. Yet in our busy world it can be difficult to implement sustainable practices into our lives.

The goal of this podcast is to help you on your journey with Jesus.

Each week there will be 3 ”lessons”. Take your time, don’t try and do it all in one day. Spend time reflecting on the material, let it soak.

Next, don’t do this alone. Find at least one other person or a group to walk this journey with. Try and meet together once a week to discuss the questions, bounce ideas off each other, wrestle with the material, encourage each other to keep going, and hold each other accountable to the action points.

There a no quick fixes in life. Eugene Peterson said that following Jesus is a ”long obedience in the same direction”. My hope and prayer is simply that this material helps you to keep walking with and towards Jesus.
