Here's a surprise episode, one I recorded a few years ago but is still as relevant as it was then. 
This time of year, many writers - new and experienced - will consider participating in NanoWrimo, the annual writing challenge to write 50k in a month.
This episode looks at, in my experience, the pros and cons of the challenge.
