On Monday, Governor Jim Justice gave his final revenue report for the fiscal year. Justice announced the not only had the revenue brought in for the year triggered a 3-4% income tax cut, he also said that he's considering bringing back the Legislature in late summer to consider an addition 5% cut to income taxes.Tom Susman got contrasting views on the Governor's announcement.
