As the West Virginia Legislature's regular session is winding down, one of the many things they are considering is a constitutional amendment that would band medically assisted suicide, something that is already illegal according to State Code. Delegate Pat McGeehan (R-Hancock) is proposing the amendment and told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday why he feels its necessary. We'll hear McGeehan's remarks.Also, Tom Susman had a conversation with West Virginia Agriculture Commissioner Kent Leonhardt. They discussed progress on both the National Farm Bill and his proposed legislation before the Legislature, as well as some good news on the state's agriculture production.
