American farmers are feeling the negative effects of tariffs put in place earlier this year. On Monday, President Trump announced a $12 billion bail out to help ease the pain for farmers. Tom Susman spoke with West Virginia Commissioner of Agriculture Kent Leonhardt about the program.Also, the West Virginia House of Delegates Republican Caucus announced on Tuesday their Legislative Agenda for the upcoming session that begins January 14.
