This is not a political conversation, this is a leaderships conversation. Regardless of your position on any of the current (and multiple) issues we face right now...one thing is true... Leadership skills are needed now more than ever and our children need us to rise to the occasion and teach them what leadership is, and isn't. The field is plentiful right now for many examples of what happens when people lose sight of what leadership truly is.These skills are needed in our homes, on ball fields, in the schools, the work place and in our government- Do not shy away from these discussions with your kids!
