This last week Ive had 2 different conversations with 2 good friends around success. Success in business, life and training.
The converstaion has revolved around the the last two years and how testing it has been.
The big take away, is nothing is linear.
It ebbs and flows but if something is taking a short dip do you change what has been working? and if not, how long do you give it a chance before changing approach.
This week im just going through my thoughts around it and how different things in my life has highlighted that success in anything isnt linear and how knowing this can keep us focussed in the tough times!
