“I wish I started earlier!” is a very common sentiment when it comes to making a change. Its one I have heard a lot over the last 15 years of coaching. Its also a sentiment I’ve echoed for some things in my life too.
But should you be beating yourself up about not starting earlier? The short answer is no.
In this week’s episode I chat about my experiences of regret around starting something later in life and why I believe if you’re at the point where you feel like this you shouldn’t be beating yourself up about it!
