Been sporadic with the podcast and socials just needed time to unpack.
I tried to force it a few times but it just didnt happen. So I took the last month to deal with what I needed to.
The biggest thing I realised is a change in my long term internal identity is the change I needed to make but its also the hardest change to make!
Every change is hard but that for everyone can be the hardest.
