"1.Communion. Using prayer and/or meditation practice as a part of each gathering
2. Connection: Taking time at each session to connect socially
3. Compassion. Staying connected beyond your weekly gathering to provide support for the physical, spiritual or emotional needs of group members
4. Community. Engaging in a service project together
5. Challenge. Setting intentions for your own growth at the beginning of each Spirit Group"
