Hello, today, I would love to talk about showing love, giving love, receiving love and accepting love. In this day and age, and with everything that’s going on in the world, love is the simplest, hardest and most amazing gift one could gift to self and others. I just want to remind us not because it’s the end of the year, for us to practice this every day, love yourself, love others, give love, receive love and accept love. I hope that we find sincerity within ourselves, and sincerity with people that we choose to engage with.
True story, love is free, it has never been easy to give and it is also the easiest thing to get. Be mindful that if you do not know how to love yourself, it will be very hard for you to love others and even harder for you to receive and accept love. So let’s all do some self reflection each and every day, because every day is a new day and a new year and a new beginning. Just think about it for a minute.
