Today's Passage: Ezekiel 36:25-27I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you. 26 And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. Today's Prayer: Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and earth, author and perfecter of our faith, holy is Your name. Lord it is by grace and grace alone that you transformed us from a people who once rebelled against you into a people who now live to glorify you and to bring you praise. And so Father today we are grateful, grateful because the work you began in us is being seen through to completion by the power of your Spirit. Lord with each passing day like a potter shapes clay you are shaping us into a people who resemble you. And so as we take this time to fast and to seek Your face, we pray that you would open our eyes to the formative work that you’re doing within us. Continue to cleanse us and to make us holy as we surrender ourselves over to you daily. Lastly, God we pray that we would not rely on our own strength but on you and you alone.
