The chemical spill was set on fire to burn it off, but the chemical has not only polluted the air it has also seeped into the groundwater and surrounding areas. People and animals have been affected. The government has not been forthcoming with information about the spill. A journalist from NewsNation was arrested last week during a press conference given by Governor DeWine, but charges have been dismissed.
