Steve Georgallis joins The Tip Sheet again to discuss how the junior pathways are travelling ahead of the last turn towards the finals. Sixties and Forty20 walk through each of the four grades with Steve before turning towards exciting news in the NRLW with the extensions of Tyla Amiatu and Cassey Tohi-Hiku.
The previews begin with an epic at Eric Tweedale Stadium on Saturday with all four junior rep teams taking on the North Sydney Bears. The action then swings to New Era Stadium in the Jersey Flegg where Parra are hunting their first win of the season in a clash with the Sea Eagles.
Sunday sees CommBank Stadium hosting another massive double-header with both the NSW Cup and NRL taking to the field. In the Cup the Eels have gone through some big changes this week on the back on injuries and promotion. Can they overcome it all to bank their first win?
Manly are undefeated after two rounds in the NRL and are flying high while the Eels are looking to bounce back from a tough loss to the Panthers. All eyes will be on young star Blaize Talagi as he makes his debut at left centre for Parramatta. How will he handle the pressure and how do the Eels clip the wings of the Sea Eagles?
