He grew up in an artists’ building in New York City listening to his parents’ favorite music: showtunes and French classics (but everybody knows he loves rap and hip-hop—and Raisinets, which is weird). Since then, he's won the 2025 SAG award for best actor, the 2026 Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy, and he's been nominated for 2 Oscars.
